How is the rate calculated?
Our rates are calculated based on a 24-hour rental period.
Each 24-hour period counts as one rental day.
What happens if I keep the car past the due time?
As our policy, we give you an one hour tolerance. After that a charge of 10 USD will be charged for each extra hour (maximum 2). After this 2 hours will count as another full day.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum is 18 years old with a valid driver´s license.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We take VISA, MC, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CASH, STRIPE and PAY PAL. In some locations like Puerta Maya Pier and International Pier SSA we don't accept cash for your security.
For the rental we required a security deposit. The security deposit varies from $100-$300 USD depending on the vehicle you choose. For example for a Dodge Attitude or Chevrolet Onix we ask for a $100 USD security deposit.
As soon as you return the car, this security deposit will be released. Depending on your bank, the funds will be available in your account within 2–10 business days.
Do I need an International Driver´s License?
No, In Mexico we accept all other countries licenses.

Do you have Baby Seats?
Yes we do. They cost $7 USD per day.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, cancellations received up to 72 hours before the corresponding service, will be refunded 100% of the prepayment made to Fiesta Car Rental.
Cancellations less than 72 hours before the day of the corresponding service, there will be no refund of the prepayment made to Fiesta Car Rental.
What happens if my cruise ship cannot dock or my flight is canceled?
Don’t worry! We’ll give you the option to reschedule your rental whenever possible. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’ll issue you a refund. 😊
The vehicle requires a specific fuel?
All our vehicles use premium gas (the red one at Pemex stations)
