Fiesta is GREAT!
Everything everyone says about Roberto and Fiesta is true. The walk from the airport is very easy - maybe 5 minutes. We went during a slower time in Cozumel so we had some flexibility, but we ended up wanting to keep our car longer than we had planned, we texted Roberto, he was responsive and VERY friendly and allowed us to keep our car longer. The car was great - low mileage and ran perfectly. We also parked at the downtown office for a bit and the staff at that office was great too. Fiesta is great to rent from

Cozumel island.

Outstanding Customer Service and overall great experience
We just returned from 2 weeks in Cozumel and are completely satisfied with our rental experience through Fiesta. Veronica and her team were extremely helpful and accommodating to anything we needed and went above and beyond to make our rental process smooth and easy. Easy Rent

I loved my rental. Thanks so much to Roberto from Fiesta. I will be renting from them again. Here is a travel tip though...the gas stations use attendants, and they fleeced me. I told them to fill up the tank and they tried to overcharge me by 200 pesos. I talked them down to only overcharging 100 pesos, as insane as that sounds. I read similar stories on reddit, and next time I go I plan to follow this suggestion...Pull up. Get out of the car. Hold up 200 pesos and tell them I want 180 pesos of gas. Watch them zero out the pump. Watch them fuel the car. Not allow them to distract me. Give them the 200 pesos and let them keep the change. Everyone wins. I hope this helps. But I intend to do all of this in a rental car from Fiesta, who I trust. Another solution... I found this car rental on-line. I contacted them over the phone. Within 5 minutes they called me and messaged me on wattsapp, with all the information requested. I rented the car for 3 days. But i needed car for 1 more day. I called them on an Sunday and ask for 1 more day. They responded yes very fast. I highly recommend this car rental. Very friendly and great customer service.
